Our Values
beliefs that unite us
Holiness & Integrity
RCCG emphasizes a lifestyle of holiness — living in obedience to God’s Word, separating from sin, and demonstrating moral uprightness in all areas of life. This value includes acting with integrity, honesty, and transparency, whether in private or public, so that one’s character reflects Christ and the church’s testimony remains unblemished.
Fruitfulness & Resourcefulness
A core value is that the church should not only survive but thrive spiritually, numerically, and in impact. This means being fruitful — producing good results through discipleship, evangelism, service, and spiritual growth — and being resourceful, using creativity, vision, and the gifts God gives to solve problems and extend ministry.
Accountability & Responsibility
Believers are called to wisely steward their gifts, time, and resources, remaining accountable to God and the community, so that trust is upheld and responsibilities are fulfilled faithfully ensuring trust is maintained and duties are carried out faithfully.
Obedience to God’s Word & Authority
RCCG places great importance on obeying God's Instruction as revealed in Scripture. This involves submission to God’s authority, respect for divine order, and compliance with church leadership in matters that align with biblical principles. Obedience is seen both as expressed through lifestyle choices and faithfulness to leading directives that help the church fulfill its mission.
Sacrifice & Hard Work
To serve God’s mission fully often requires sacrificing personal comfort, preferences, or resources. RCCG values those who willingly give of themselves and work diligently, persistently, and with excellence. This includes not merely doing the minimum, but pursuing tasks with dedication, care, and a heart committed to God’s purposes.
Unity, Fellowship & Love
Though varying slightly by parish, RCCG consistently upholds that believers are to live in unity—loving one another, supporting one another in fellowship and carrying each other’s burdens. This unity isn’t just functional but spiritual: shared worship, mutual encouragement, and showing Christ’s love visibly to each other and to the broader community.

find inspiration in God
“I love being part of this family. I love their commitment to Jesus, the Bible, and the great commission. I love the fact that I’m not just joining a denomination; I’m actually joining a family.”
“You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. We are not saved by serving, but we are saved for serving. ”
